I started my career training and qualifying as a nurse at the Royal Free Hospital in London. Then I moved on to work in a number of other roles; from Human Resources to IT Programme Management. I have been a general manager in the public sector, worked with large “corporates” as a consultant and have been director of three small companies. Throughout I made my contribution with a mentoring and coaching approach.

Along the way, I trained to professional level in Change Management with a company called Kinsley Lord, now part of Towers Watson, then leaders in the field of change management.

I have worked with many different kinds of people going through all kinds of personal and career change and I run a program for people who want to develop their confidence.
